Manama, Jan.23 (BNA): As continuation of active participation of the Interior Ministry in local and international events, the police Aviation participated in the Bahrain International Airshow.

The participation was part of the community partnership strategy to promote interaction and participation in activities and events in society. The Police Aviation section attracted the show’s visitors, in which they were informed of its duties and services, including search and rescue and maritime screening to fight trafficking operations.

The efforts of the Interior Ministry included reviewing all security plans and arrangement for the success of the show through security deployment at all main roads leading to the event and securing inside and surrounding areas of the event .

The General Directorate of Traffic ensured smooth traffic flow as part of a comprehensive traffic plan. The show also witnessed the participation of the Police Band that preformed different national music.
