Japan support for bodybuilding

BAHRAIN and Asian Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federations President Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa received at his office Japanese specialist Dr Reiko Kato, who is being nominated by the IFBB to present a number of programs, courses and workshops to develop the sport of bodybuilding through the Olympic Solidarity Program.

Dr Kato met with a number of Bahrain national women’s bodybuilding athletes and presented the latest rules and regulations in bodybuilding.

Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa welcomed D Kato in her visit, and reviewed the association’s programs and activities in both men and women.

The Japanese specialist will be staying in Bahrain for six months, where she will present a number of refereeing courses as well as anti-doping enlightenment courses.
