Judiciary book 2013-2014 published

Manama, Sept. 11 – (BNA): Special importance has been attached to the Judiciary Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Majesty has always provided support and issued royal directives aimed at the removal of any obstacles which might hamper the work of the judiciary.

His Majesty on may occasion and in various statements expressed his keenness on maintaining an independent judiciary as one of the main pillars that ensure the implementation of sustainable development and modernization plans in all walks of life and as the cornerstone of His Majesty’s ambitious comprehensive reform, democratization and renaissance project aimed to place the Kingdom of Bahrain amongst the most advanced nations that respect and develop the judiciary and its members.

The Judiciary Authority’s General Secretariat has published its annual book: “Insights into the Judiciary Authority: 2013-2014”.

The book features insights into the royal visions aimed at the modernization of the Judiciary Authority in terms of its content, context and practice.

The book cited the dynamic futuristic political thinking of HM the King that is capable of addressing the needs and circumstances of the Bahraini society.


The national judiciary establishment has experienced huge development since the beginning of His Majesty’s reform project to date. The judiciary authority has always contributed to defending the issues of citizens, preservation of their rights and protection of the society from negative phenomena. (IY)
