After a city councilman suggested that the town invite the reality starlet to ride on the city’s Tournament of Roses float, residents chided the nomination, dismissing Kim as not “morally acceptable” while citing her infamous sex tape, reports the L.A. Times.

Following numerous city council meetings, it was decided that four students should ride atop the float instead.
