Manama, August 24th (BNA) –Kingdom of Bahrain has condemned the horrific terrorist bombing occurred yesterday in Tripoli, northern Lebanon, which led to the fall of a great number of innocent killed and injured people.

The Kingdom considered it a heinous criminal act, which is contrary to all religious values, moral and human principles, and a desperate attempt aimed at spreading hateful sectarian strife and disrupting the peaceful coexistence in Lebanon by targeting the brotherly Lebanon through its worship houses, as well as spreading devastation and destruction, and expanding the circle of violence.

A statement issued today by Foreign Ministry, expressed Kingdom of Bahrain’s strong sorrow for the human and physical losses of Lebanon and its brotherly people, stressing that extremism, violence and terrorism phenomena are still forming a source of serious concern at the global and regional level, as they represent dangers and threats to the security and stability of the State and its citizens and residents.

On the other hand, Kingdom of Bahrain stressed its ultimate rejection of all types of violence and terrorism whatever its source was, and asserted its support of Lebanon and its brotherly people in confronting the powers of evil and terrorism, expressing the Kingdom’s condolences for the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
