Manama-June6(BNA)A leadership conference opened under the patronage of Minister of State for Electricity and Water Affairs Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Cost Accounting Branch) in Bahrain and the GCC member countries organized the event at the Crowne Plaza.

Indian Ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Mohan Kumar attended the conference which attracted over 120 chartered accountants from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and India.

Dr. Mirza delivered a speech and a lecture on the basic challenges confronting chartered accountants in big companies, pointing out his personal itinerary over forty years which took him from his position as Bapco Chief Executive Officer to the Government of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa.
