MANAMA: The National Dialogue is the best way forward for Bahrain, the Premier said yesterday. It suits Bahrain’s culture of peaceful co-existence and religious tolerance, which were praised by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa at the weekly Cabinet meeting.
The Premier praised Bahrain’s social fabric and reconfirmed the importance of the National Dialogue to the government.
He hailed the role of each party taking part in the dialogue.
The Cabinet said that Bahrain’s democracy is all-inclusive and whatever progress the country has made is based on national consensus involving full political participation.
It said the government will use the full force of the law against anyone who attempts to jeopardise national unity.
The Cabinet discussed a memorandum presented by the Finance Minister on the audited statements of the Future Generation Reserve account for the fiscal 2012, which put the final account for the reserve at $345,517,960. The Cabinet approved the final account of the reserve.
