MP Al-Maliki Lauds European Honour for HRH Premier

Manama, Aug. 21. (BNA) – MP Adnan Al-Maliki has asserted that Bahrain has proved, day after day, that it is on the right track of democracy and reform, which affirms the wise leadership’s visions and belief in the importance of advancing the democratic march, boosting economy and development and consolidating relations with regional and international sides in order to make maximum benefits from their experiences.
He underlined that His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa’s honouring with the European Award for the International Personality of the Year for 2013 by the Association of Arab Economists and Administrators in the European Union is a practical and impartial recognition of his constructive contributions to bridging global relations through, and vital role in building strategic and balanced frameworks of international relations in order to achieve successful Arab-European professional partnerships.

He pointed out that HRH Prime Minister’s achievements aiming to bolster economic and trade ties, attract investments and consolidate exchange of expertise and knowledge are innumerable and entitled him to winning such a world-level award.

It is worth noting that HRH Premier will receive the award in a special ceremony to be held next October.

The Association of Arab Economists and Administrators is a non-profit organisation that works to strengthen economic relations between professionals from the Arab world and Europe in the commerce and economic fields.

Several high profile European and Arab professionals are members of the association.
