“) today hosted a focus group session on Property Development with
Bahrain Polytechnic
.The focus group was held at

‘s offices and brought together executives from
Mumtalakat
, Bahrain Real Estate Investments (“Edamah”),
Bahrain Polytechnic
, and other keyleaders in the real estate industry.
The discussion was aimed at enabling
Bahrain Polytechnic
craft a higher education Property Development programme tailored to meet market demands. The programme will be launched by
Bahrain Polytechnic
‘s Business School upon the completion of its research.
The programme will be the first Property Development degree to be offered in Bahrain. It will provide Bahrainis and other students with the skills required to further develop their current and potential careers in the real estate industry.
Mr. Mahmood Hashim Al Kooheji, Chief Executive Officer of
Mumtalakat
