Manama, June15(BNA) Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa expressed his sincere appreciation to the supporting companies His Highness’s Ramadhan Football Championship (Nasser 7), which kicks off during the Holy Month of Ramadhan on July 2 and continues for 18 days.

HH Shaikh Nasser confirmed that the support of the companies to the annual football event contributed in its success throughout the previous years, making Nasser 7 an important sports event that attracts the youth and grants them the opportunity to show and prove their talents.

SCYS Chairman praised the company’s initiatives to support Bahraini youth and sport movements, asserting that Nasser 7 reflects the remarkable success of the championship in its previous editions.

Underlining the importance of cooperation between public and private sectors establishments, HH Shaikh Nasser also appreciated the high levels of coordination between the organising committee of Nasser 7 and the sponsoring companies from both private and public sectors, highlighting the role of such cooperation in supporting youth and sport events and activities.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa directed the organising committee to highlight the supporting companies through advertisements and media as an appreciation to their initiatives.Supporting companies included, Al Sahrif Group, Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo, Fast Link, Behbehani and Bros., Bahrain Jewelry Centre, Bapco, Batelco, GPIC, Menatelecom, Al Kharafi Global, Intercoll, Al Murjan Real Estate, Information Affairs Authority, Goal playgrounds, Palace Projects, Mondial Car Showroom and Nass Establishment.
