Nasser bin Hamad patronises Nasser 8 closing ceremony

Manama, July 4 (BNA): Under the patronage of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, the closing ceremony of the First Nasser bin Hamad Ramadan Sports Games and Eighth Nasser bin Hamad Ramadan Football Championship (Nasser 8) was hled yesterday, in the presence of HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the son of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, First Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, ministers, sponsors and dignitaries.


HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa conveyed the greeting of His Majesty King Hamad bin Hamad Al Khalifa to the attendance, teams and sponsors for contributing in the success of the championship.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised the official, civil and media partners of the championship. He awarded Al Nawayef as the Fast Telecom best team award, Al Fakhar’s goalkeeper Mohammed Mushaima as the best goalie in the tournament, Hussain Ali ‘Pele’ of Al Nawayef as the top scorer, Mahmoud Abdulrahman ‘Ringo’ of Batelco Gunners United as the best player, Victorious Team Manager Mohammed Ahmed Al Janahi as the best manager, Mohammed Hamad Al Arjaan from Forever and Al Fakhar’s Coach Faisal Abdulmajeed as the best trainer in Nasser 8.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa received a memento from the suprem organising committee. The ceremony concluded by a remarkable show by International freestyle football champion Melody Donchet .
