Last Sunday’s Formula 1 1 Bahrain Grand Prix (airing live from 10:31 a.m.-12:49 p.m. ET) averaged 630,000 viewers, making it NBCSN’s most-watched F1 race since acquiring exclusive U.S. rights in 2013, according to the network, and the most-watched non-domestic F1 race on cable in eight years, since the 2007 Brazilian Grand Prix attracted 662,000 on SPEED.
Meanwhile, according to sportstvratings.com, IndyCar’s Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach on NBCSN averaged 344,000 viewers (4:30 p.m. ET), while the delayed coverage of the IMSA TUDOR United SportsCar Championship round at Long Beach averaged 198,000 on Fox Sports 1.
NASCAR’s rain-delayed Sprint Cup race from Bristol averaged 2.6 million viewers on Fox Sports 1 Sunday evening, after starting out on FOX before the rain delay.
