Manama, Dec 1 (BNA) — Northern Governor, Ali Sheikh Abdulhussain bin Khalaf Al-Asfoor, today honored the Northern Governorate’s female employees on the occasion of the Bahraini Women’s Day, congratulating HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of HM the King and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Women.

The Northern Governor congratulated Bahraini women on this occasion, stressing women’s rights guaranteed by the Constitution and the law according to the principle of equal opportunities, noting the Northern Governorate’s interest in training and empowering women, praising significant Bahraini women’s contribution at the national levels throughout history.

The Northern Governorate, tomorrow, will host Women and Social Media Forum in the Bahrain University College in Saar.
