Commenting, Mr. Nitin Menon, General Manager of EZYTRIPS said:
“We’re delighted to announce the establishment of EZYTRIPS in Bahrain alongside Dadabhai Travel, a market leader, to serve three of the GCC’s most dynamic markets. We have selected Bahrain for our operations due to the Kingdom’s strategic location, human capital and, importantly, because of its policies and commitment to supporting the development of SMEs. Our portal similarly provides a unique platform for business growth particularly that of smaller travel agencies, in addition to other end users. This is a state-of-the-art platform and its success and uptake to date is testament of the value it adds in facilitating and simplifying the booking of flights and other holiday and travel related needs and services.”

Shahnaz Al Qaseer, General Manager at Dadabhai Travel, added, “We are pleased to have been selected by EZYTIPS as their partner for these key GCC markets of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE. We have been a leading provider of travel planning and tour services in Bahrain for nearly 35 years. We have also now established thriving operations in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Through this new, online venture, we aim to further grow our reach, extend our know how to other agencies and continue to ensure we are providing the broadest range of facilities and choice to our customers. Online booking and access is more and more in demand and we want to ensure that this facility is available to our customers and is supported and backed by our commitment and focus to customer care and service.”

With this announcement, EZYTRIPS has now appointed four franchisees in total in the Middle East and GCC countries and has close to 100 travel agents working through its online portal. Discussions are also ongoing to finalize franchise agreements for India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong. The company expects to have close to 500 travel agents working for the portal by the second half of 2016.
