MANAMA: His Majesty King Hamad yesterday visited camping areas and was briefed about the efforts of Supreme Council for Environment to preserve wildlife, following the recent rainfall.

He was updated on services and facilities provided by the Southern Governorate for campers, in addition to its efforts on raising awareness about safety regulations.

His Majesty hailed the great efforts done by officials to preserve the natural wealth of Bahrain.

He directed authorities to properly maintain these areas, in addition to providing best services to citizens and residents.

The King met a number of citizens and had friendly talks with them. The citizens expressed satisfaction on the facilities provided to them.

The King highlighted sincere national role of Bahraini citizens, and their keenness to reinforce Bahrain’s prestige in all areas.

The citizens expressed their appreciation for His Majesty’s care and concern for all the people of the kingdom..
