RCom: In Talks With Batelco to Sell Stake in Unit

New Delhi — Reliance Communications Ltd. said Friday it is in talks to sell a stake in its wholesale voice-and-data services unit Reliance Globalcom B.V. to Bahrain Telecommunications Co. BSC.

“At this point, there can be no certainty that this will lead to a transaction. A further announcement will be made in due course if appropriate,” the telecom venture of Anil Ambani‘s Reliance Group said in a notice to the Indian stock exchanges.
