Real estate committee holds meeting

Manama, June 23 (BNA): The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Real estate committee convened for its regular meeting. Chaired by Dr. Hassan Ibrahim Kamal, the panel discussed the importance of setting up a real estate clinic to provide consultancy and address developers’ problems.

The committee also unveiled plans to hold a symposium in the coming days which will focus on real estate brokerage and its impact on the vital construction market.

The panel stressed the importance of adopting a mechanism for follow-up with the Ministry of Works, Municipalities and Urban Planning and discussed a proposal to prepare a book that documents the history of real estate in Bahrain.

The meeting was attended by vice chairman Saad Mohammed Al-Sahli, members Mohammed Hassan Al-Binfalah, Asaad Al-Saadoun, Hameed Majeed Al-Majed, Ismael Abdulrasool Al-Tawash, Hassan Bediwi and other officials.
