Manama – Amwaj Mermaid, a new BD 2.3 mln residential project of Bahraini developer Mr. Rashid Albufalah, has opened its doors.

Amwaj Mermaid is a 6-storey boutique residence boasting 18 spacious ready-to-move-in apartments including two Penthouses. The building has been constructed with tenant’s convenience in mind: the project features a grand lobby and excellent facilities with an open swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium. Located in the heart of Amwaj the building is only a walk away from shopping and dining areas of the island.

Constructed by Sky Bird Construction, Amwaj Mermaid is one of the most luxurious residences on the island. Marble-clad lobby, sleek design and panoramic views create an atmosphere of an exclusive VIP club. The interior of the show flat and the lobby were meticulously arranged by Bahrain-based design studio OKNA Interiors who brought a perfect touch of serenity and chic to the mansion. They have used only top quality accessories and furniture from “Décor 8” shop.

All apartments and Penthouses are ergonomically designed while offering high quality finishing and materials. The sizes of units vary from 102 sq.m up to 178 sq.m. All sanitary ware and bathroom fittings have been ordered from Vitra (Turkey), while the kitchen appliances have been manufactured by Gorenje. The kitchen furniture has been supplied by the largest German kitchen company Nobilia.

“With potential annual rental returns up to 11% the building presents an exceptional investment opportunity for property owners.” says Mrs. Oksana A.K., General Manager of Impact Estate w.l.l., an exclusive sales marketing agent agent as well as a property management company of the building. The prices for the apartments start as of BD 93,840.

The developer of Amwaj Mermaid has an extensive portfolio of successful projects in Bahrain including 8 residential buildings and four luxurious villas with unique design. During last years Mr. Rashid Albufalah has closely worked with financial institutions such as Eskan Bank, BBK and Arab Bank to create special conditions for foreign and GCC investors.
