Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel & Spa offers ‘tranquil oasis’ for business meetings

Set amid lush gardens and beaches overlooking the Arabian Sea, Manama city and Bahrain Bay, the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel Spa offers guests a “tranquil oasis” for business meetings while being located 11 km drive from Bahrain International Airport and at convenient proximity from Bahrain Exhibition and Convention Center.
The hotel boasts the finest conference venues in the Middle East. It offers over 3,750 square meters of meeting, conference and banqueting facilities, including a 1,195 square meter ballroom, a second 858 square meter ballroom, and four additional individual meeting rooms.
The Grand Foyer, a spacious 1,428 square meters of marble lined pre-function space, is accented by floor to ceiling windows. The resort can accommodate conferences for up to 1,000 people, yet the hotel retains its sense of intimate elegance, with its many secluded seating areas providing privacy and comfort.
Both ballrooms are equipped with advanced meeting room technology such as a sophisticated lighting system.
The extensive meeting space comprises the Al Ghazal Ballroom, the Al Noor Ballroom, the Grand Foyer and Al Khayma (Tent).
The conference facilities are complemented by a team of dedicated conference services professionals, who are able to work in partnership with meeting planners to create truly memorable events. They work side by side with the organizer throughout every phase of the meeting.
The Business Centre is located in the lobby next to the reception, and is equipped with competent professionals eager to help with technical assistance, equipment rental and secretarial services.
The folio of services includes as well a boarding pass printing station that allows guests to check-in to their airline flights and print boarding passes without leaving the surroundings of the hotel. The hotel’s Technology Butler is also on-call 24 hours.
