Manama, Oct 6 (BNA) – First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), President of Bahrain Athletics Association (BAA), Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has paid an inspection visit to the new BAA building, which comprises a 5000 square meter residential building (hotel) for athletes, administration building and parking spaces.

He highlighted the qualitative value that the new sport facility will add to the sport infrastructure in the Kingdom in the prosperous era of HM the King.

He hailed the efforts of Works Ministry in building the new BAA building according to the international standards and directed to adhere to the project time limit.

He commended SCYS role in the development of youth and sport movement in Bahrain.
