Shaikh Nasser said Bahrain is the first country in the world to have such a large number of riders as members of the international club, proving Bahrain’s supremacy in this sport.
He highlighted that Bahrain will spare no efforts in preparing its riders to take part in international competitions, including the World Championship in Chile next month, as per instructions of His Majesty King Hamad.
The team will be represented by Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Fahad Al Khatry, Mohammed Al Khatry, Mohammed Al Nairy, Dana Al Binghadeer Al Dossary and Salim Sabt, who will be competing in the youth category.
Sabt qualified to the international club following his achievement of completing the Belfgreen Race in France recently.
