Shaikha Haya named head of ICC Bahrain



MANAMA, Bahrain, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Shaikha Haya bint Rashid Al Khalifa has been named the new chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Bahrain.

Shaikha Haya , chair of the lawyers committee, represented Bahrain for many years at the International Court of Arbitration at ICC Paris.

The ICC Bahrain unanimously selected Shaikha Haya as the new chair at the first meeting of the fourth session. The appointment is for a four-year term.

Shaikha Haya will replace Ebrahim Zainal as the new chair.
