Bahrain-based outsourcing company Silah Gulf has officially launched its customer experience management services. Silah Consulting will provide a broad range of services in Bahrain and Kuwait.

“The current business environment is challenging in Bahrain and it does not look like it’s going to get easier in the near future,” said Silah chief executive Joe Tawfik.

“Companies are faced with the difficult task of growing their business in this challenging environment.

“Our consultancy service will provide companies in Bahrain with an opportunity to grow their bottom line with minimal investment,” he said.

“The customer experience implementations can have a high return on investment since they often create a point of differentiation for our clients in the marketplace,” he added.

Paul Scott, who has over 20 years’ experience in the Middle East contact centre industry, will be the lead consultant with Silah Consulting.-TradeArabia News Service
