Manama, May 5 (BNA)– State Minister for Information Affairs Samira Ibrahim bin Rajab received today a delegation from Amnesty International on the occasion of their visit to Bahrain. She updated them on Bahrain’s procedures and efforts to guarantee freedom of expression.

She also highlighted the ministry’s plans to develop the media sector, in line with the royal reforms of His Majesty the King. She hailed cooperation with Amnesty International by providing it with first-hand update on media development and openness in Bahrain.
