Stefano Domenicali has paid the price for Ferrari’s poor start to the season
with his job as team principal.

The popular Italian has been forced to take the blame for infuriating Luca di
Montezemolo, the Ferrari president, who made his feelings highly public more
than a week ago at the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Domenicali makes way for Marco Mattiacci, the president and chief executive of
Ferrari North America and an unknown quantity in the Formula One paddock
