Manama, Jan. 25. (BNA) –Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of Bahrain Olympic Committee, stressed that the pioneering programme “Tekdar” implemented by the General Organisation for Youth and Sports with its partner Tamkeen is a great initiative in motivating innovation among young people.
Shaikh Nasser said that such programme integrate young people in the production process and that it is in line with the sustainable directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to encourage young people and benefit from their innovation to join the world of business. It also provides them with the success factors to contribute to developing the national economy.
Shaikh Nasser pointed out that the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports is keen to support such initiatives that care for training and rehabilitating young people and providing them with all potentials.
“We exert our utmost efforts to prepare young Bahrainis and empower them in line with the requirements of the next phase of the national action, which needs more extraordinary efforts by everyone in their capacities and according to their competencies to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030,” Shaikh Nasser said
