Shopping exhibitions by Bahraini families
The Minister of Social Development, Fatima Al Bulooshi, has said that the Shopping Exhibits — by productive Bahraini families — being held in the kingdom— are basically meant to promote the products designed by the Bahraini families.
There were about 30 exhibitons last year inside and outside the country, she said.
“Made in My Home,” shopping exhibition, which is being held at Gulf Hotel on February 25, 26 under the patronage of Shaikha Thajba Bint Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, is part of such events.
Meanwhile, Ministry of Social Development has shown a great concern with updating the services system it provides to support the productive families project through establishing a number of specialised centres which provide free training courses.
The ministry calls the individuals to improve their productive competencies and capabilities, as they are trained through rehabilitation programmes in the occupational and professional areas.
All citizens who have a desire to join the training programmes and courses can contact toll free hotline of the Ministry 80008088 or by visiting the ministry’s Web site www.social.gov.bh .
