Tamkeen sponsors Trainers Meet Trainers Conference

Manama, Sep 21 (BNA) — A training expert in the Kingdom of Bahrain said that (Tamkeen) has moved to a new stage in the rehabilitation and development of citizens’ skills represented in providing training for trainers, a move that would increase job opportunities for Bahrainis in government and private sectors.


Origin Group’s Chief Executive and Bahrain Society for Training Advisor Ahmed Mohammed Al-Banna explained that Tamkeen has always been keen on providing training and organizing workshops, conferences and educational projects for citizens in the government and private sectors. However, its sponsorship for the Conference of (Trainers Meet Trainers), organized by the Bahrain Society for Training with participation of a SMR Group and Origin Group next month, under the patronage of Minister of Works Jameel Humaidan, is Tamkeen’s new step and interest in raising the quality of training and trainers themselves.

The Kingdom will witness a notable progress in the output of the education and training as a result of its interest in training, he added.

Malaysian SMR Group Chief Executive expressed his willingness to cooperate fully with the competent authorities in Bahrain to raise the trainers’ efficiency in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and his delighted to participate in the Conference.

He praised Bahrain’s keen interest in training of citizens, which helps to raise the productivity of companies and institutions engaged in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Six experienced trainers from the United States, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain will participants in the Conference.

Four workshops will be held on the first day of the conference to shed light on means of attracting participants and ensuring the continuity of their participation since the start of training, practical, educational and skills development, means of achieving best results from the training process and the challenges and obstacles facing the training process and the companies’ human resources managers.
