CHART-TOPPING British boy band The Vamps and Swedish DJ Otto Knows will formally launch the countdown to next weekend’s Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix tonight.

They will perform at the Bahrain International Circuit, which is hosting the Formula One event, and only race ticket holders can enter.

Doors open at 6pm.

The Vamps first became famous in 2012 with cover songs uploaded to YouTube and released their debut single Can We Dance in 2013, which reached number two on the UK singles chart.

Otto Knows is a DJ and music producer who has collaborated with artists including Britney Spears, Sebastian Ingrosso and Alesso.
