Washington, Sep.27 (BNA): “This is Bahrain” will today head from Washington D.C to New York, the biggest US city, to hold the second exhibition as part of a tour across the United States of America.

The campaign which builds on previews roadshow successes in Brussels, London, Berlin, Paris and Washington, seeks to project Bahrain’s landmark achievements and strenuous efforts in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.

The 200-strong delegation brings a noble message of amity and tolerance, stemming from Bahrain’s experience that imparts hope and promotes peace and the renunciation of terrorism, violence and incitement.

“This Bahrain”, which carries Bahrain’s peace message to the world, includes representatives of the Sunni, Jaafari Endowments, the Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox Churches, the Jewish, Sikh, Hindu, and Buddhist Temples.

Officials representing the Shura Council, ministries, the business sector led by Bahrain-American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Bahrain) Chairman and other civil society institutions.

The event which started last Thursday in Washington and will run until Tuesday in New York, includes a press conference and an exhibition showcasing Bahrain’s outstanding achievements, in addition to visits religious venues.
