Thunderous rain and strong winds expected in Bahrain

Manama, Nov. 20 (BNA)– The Meteorological Department at the Civil Aviation Affairs expected unstable weather in the next hours, with chances for scattered rain which could turn thunderous at times later.

The weather will become partly cloudy tomorrow, the department added, warning of strong gusts.

Easterly to southeasterly winds range from 13 to 18 knots,with gusts of up to 40 knots at times, becoming northwesterly tomorrow Monday reaching 20 to 25 knots at times.

Maximum temperature is 22’C and the minimum is 19’C.

Maximum relative humidity is 90% and the minimum is 55%.

Sea waves rise from 1 to 3 feet inshore and 3 to 5 feet offshore, reaching 8 feet during gusts.
