and Lexus in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has recently received the ASEC-Advance (After Sales Service Excellence Certification) certificate from
Toyota
Industries Corporation, Japan, for successfully implementing the Kaizen (continuous development) standards in Service and Parts operations at
Toyota
Plaza Industrial Equipment Service division.

The program, After-Sales Service Evaluation and Certification -Advance (ASEC), implements processes and operational standards to deliver quality and overall superior customer service. The ASEC-Advance program is a global initiative to provide
Toyota
distributors with a blueprint derived from the world renowned
Toyota
Production System (TPS). The benefit of implementing ASEC-Advance is to provide enhanced customer satisfaction and retention, improved departmental efficiency and effectiveness and a safer work environment.
