KEY regional transportation issues including a Gulf railway network and road infrastructure will be in focus during meetings that get underway in Bahrain today.

The 17th meeting of GCC transportation ministers includes two days of preparatory meetings chaired by Land Transport and Postal Affairs Under-Secretary Mariam Ahmed Jumaan.

Recommendations will be presented to ministers tomorrow at a meeting chaired by Bahrain’s Transportation Minister Kamal Ahmed.
