Manama, Aug. 5 (BNA): Al Watan daily said the world conscientiously continues to condemn and denounce Iran’s hostile meddling in Bahrain’s internal affairs and Iran’s backing terroristic cells and elements in Bahrain.
The newspaper in its editorial on Wednesday said all eyes are focused on Doha, Qatar, at the unprecedented trilateral meeting between US, Russian and Saudi foreign ministers following the zenith of meetings when Kerry met his GCC counterparts.
The agenda of the meeting focused on the recent hostile statements of Iranian officials and Iran’s backing to terrorism aimed to destabilize Bahrain’s security. The foreign ministers reiterated their absolute rejection of Iranian destabilizing terroristic activities in the region as a whole and in Bahrain in particular.

Al Watan said observers believe that the strong position of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states vis-à-vis Iran’s meddling in Bahrain’s internal affairs was clearly against Iran’s expansionism policy of exporting the so-called revolution as the case in Iraq, Syria, Sanaa and Iran’s machinations in Lebanon but this does not apply to the border maps of GCC countries, especially Bahrain, and could spearhead far more bigger decisive storms than Operation Decisive Storm.
