Unmanned Iranian aircraft found in Bahrain: Interior Ministry – Al

An unmanned Iranian aircraft has been discovered in northern Bahrain, near Saudi Arabia, the Bahraini Interior Ministry said Tuesday (May 21st).

Iran’s “continual spying efforts […] are blatant interference in the internal affairs of the countries in the region”, Gulf News quoted Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa as saying in a statement.

In the statement, the minister also praised Saudi Arabia’s recent efforts in identifying an alleged Iranian spy ring in the country.
