Manama, December 31st (BNA) –Minister of Works, Engineer Essam Bin Abdullah Khalaf received at the ministry’s court, the newly appointed Egypt’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Essam Saleh Awwad.

During the meeting, the minister reviewed the distinctive brotherly relations which bond together Bahrain and Egypt, highlighting the advanced level of the relations between Cairo and Manama, as well as wishing him all success in performing his new post.

For his part, the Egyptian Ambassador expressed his highest thanks for the support he is receiving, stressing the Egyptian leadership’s keenness to consolidate the cooperation ties with the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom and its friendly people all progress and prosperity.
