Bahrain Football: Alba down Tatweer

Alba defeated Tatweer 2-1 during week 3 of the Companies and Establishments Football League (CEFL) being played at Alba Club Football Ground in Riffa.

Alba’s win gives them seven points and second spot on the table behind leaders Bapco.

Alba opened the scoring in the 26th minute through Sayed Redha. They made it 2-0 in the 34th minute when Sayed Redha crossed the ball to find Ahmed Al Saie who netted the ball to lead 2-0 at half-time.

Tatweer performed better in the second half and managed to score their first and only goal of the match in the 47th minute through Ahmed Al Madani.

Today Bapco will take on Kahrama at 5.30pm at the same venue.
