Manama, May 3 (BNA)– Information Affairs Authority (IAA) President Ali Mohammed Al Rumaihi lauded Bahrain’s hosting of a major conference on dialogue among civilisations and cultures as one of the noble initiatives by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to promote religious and cultural co-existence and tolerance.

He asserted IAA’s full readiness to provide adequate coverage of the event which will be held under the theme “Civilisations in the Service of Humanity”. He added coordination is made with the high organising committee to ensure success of the conference and its noble message.

He added the media centre at the Gulf Hotel had been outfitted with the needed equipment to facilitate the work of journalists and media persons in covering the event and pointed out the availability of live TV transmission of associated functions.
