Bahrain’s training strategy pointed out

Manama, Dec 30 (BNA): Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan stressed that the effective strategy of rehabilitation and training of national cadres has assisted Bahrain to achieve many successes in its employment projects. It has attracted the attention of the World Bank to put Bahrain on the list of developed countries in the area of the fight against unemployment.

This came in the minister’s speech marking the graduation of 230 national trainees who have successfully completed two of the ministry’s training programmes, Health and Safety Programme and Basic Skills Programme.

The minister pointed out the existing cooperation between the ministry and Labour Fund (Tamkeen), which will make the private sector to welcome the national labour.

He congratulated the graduates, noting that career success can be accomplished by acquiring knowledge and skills.

At the end of the graduation ceremony, the minister honoured the graduates, sponsors and trainers and wished them further successes to attain.
