At the inaugural Middle East Insurance Awards….
Manama, Bahrain – Saturday, November 22, 2014:
BIBF
was named Educational Service Provider of the Year at the Gala Awards Presentation Night of the inaugural Middle East Insurance Awards which took place on Monday (Nov 17, 2014) in Dubai as part of the Middle East Insurance Review.

Over 200 entries competed for the award, which was created to promote excellence in the insurance sector.

‘s Head of the Centre for Insurance Husain Al-Ajmi travelled to Dubai for the ceremony, which was attended by the judging panel, award participants, and executives from the regional insurance industry.

Ms Nicklos expressed great pride in winning this prestigious award, noting that it affirmed the quality and exceptional performance of the Institute, particularly in the field of insurance, at the regional level.

It remains the only institute in the world to offer the globally-accredited Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) Designation Qualification entirely in the Arabic Language.

The programme was created by

in the early 2000s, in association with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), in response to the growing need for qualified individuals in the regional insurance industry.

The award is the first of its kind in the region, and includes 15 categories. The winner from each category was selected by a panel comprised of education industry leaders, heads of international organisations, and sector regulators.
