Minister of Electricity and Energy Ahmed Emam on Friday 04/10/2013 discussed with Chief Executive Officer of the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain Sheikh Nawaf Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa means to boost bilateral cooperation between Egypt and Bahrain.

Emam said he reviewed with the Bahraini official a number of issues such as cooperation in smart meters, training, and efficiency measurement as well as performance improvement.

Minster Emam noted that the meeting also tackled means of enhancing cooperation in the field of providing Bahraini cadres with training, especially in the field of new and renewable energy.

Sheikh Nawaf, on his part, appreciated Egyptian efforts to fully cooperate with Bahrain.
