More than a hundred ministers from members of the Gulf Cooperation Council are scheduled to hold a special meeting, Sunday, in Saudia Arabia to declare the Lebanese Shi’ite Muslim group Hizbullah a terrorist organization, according to diplomatic sources, cited Friday-morning by the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai.
The resolution cites Hizbullah’s aid to the government of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad. The meeting will be chaired by Foreign Minister Khaled Ben-Ahmad Al-Khalifa of Bahrain, which has told entities within its borders to cut off contact with Hizbullah because of attacks in Bahrain.
