SLA Mobile, a global mobile solutions provider, will be in attendance for the third year running at Zain’s annual Technology Conference (ZTC) as one of Zain’s leading solution providers.
Zain Group, a mobile telecommunications company present in eight markets across the Middle East and Africa, will host the annual conference this week in Bahrain from 30thNovember to 2nd December under the theme ‘Transforming Our World’, reflecting Zain’s strategic aspirations of delivering a compelling digital lifestyle to its customers. The conference offers a platform to Zain’s solution providers allowing them to showcase their latest innovations and celebrate their recent achievements in collaboration with the mobile operator.
This year’s ZTC will be held in the presence and patronage of His Excellency Engineer Kamal Bin Ahmed Mohammed, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications for the Kingdom of Bahrain and attended by Zain Bahrain Chairman, Sheikh Ahmed Bin Ali Al Khalifa, Zain Group CEO Scott Gegenheimer, Zain Bahrain CEO Mohammed Zainalabedin and Zain Group CTO Hisham Allam, among 600 participants made up of senior Zain personnel from across the company’s operations and other technology providers attendees.
SLA Mobile is Zain’s official Direct Operator Billing service partner and has been continuing to rolling out the digital service across Zain’s operating companies over the past year. Direct Operator Billing allows Zain subscribers to pay for digital goods and services by charging the transaction to their monthly phone bill or by deducting the amount from their pre-paid credit.
SLA Mobile’s portfolio of digital services puts the customer at the centre of the business and provides new revenue streams for both mobile operators and partners. SLA Mobile will be showcasing their Customer Centric Identity solution at the conference this year which is a form of Identity Access Management giving mobile operators the ability to build unique customer profiles and personalise customer engagement.
