Three injured in Bahrain blast

MANAMA — Three Bahraini policemen sustained minor injuries in a blast on Wednesday in Jid Hafs, a disturbed area.

The blast was caused by a remote-controlled homemade bomb at a time when the policemen were patrolling the area that has witnessed illegal demonstrations recently.

The interior ministry confirmed the incident on its official twitter account, but didn’t specify the types of injuries the victims sustained or if any arrest was made.
