Bahrain to build a cinema production city – Al

The Bahrain government on Friday (June 21st) said it plans to build an advanced city for art and cinema production in Manama.

The proposed city comes amid official calls to encourage media professionals, writers and intellectuals to peacefully share ideas and opinions, and to promote a culture of democratic and civilised dialogue in the country, the official Bahrain News Agency reported.
