Rights group questions Bahrain reforms

BEIRUT, Lebanon, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- The government in Bahrain needs to show its commitment to reforms following a year of putting repression above all else, Human Rights Watch said. The Sunni-led monarchy in Bahrain announced plans recently for a national dialogue among major political groups.
