WASHINGTON — Oman stands fourth among Arab countries in 2014 Doing Business Report which was released by the World Bank in co-operation with International Finance Corporation (IFC) and posted on the website yesterday. Die Menschenrechtsorganisation Human Rights Watch bezeichnete das Urteil als weiteren Beleg für eine generelle Missachtung des Menschenrechts auf freie Meinungsäußerung in Kuwait. Angeblich soll der Mann unter anderem gegen ein Gesetz verstoßen haben, dass eine Mindeststrafe von drei Jahren für die Verbreitung von Informationen vorsieht, die die nationalen Interessen verletzen.
