Manama, June 12 (BNA)– Advisor to His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa took part today a reception ceremony hosted by Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Victor Smirnov at the Regency Hotel marking his country’s National Day.

Ministers, senior officials, members of the diplomatic corps and invitees also attended.

Shaikh Salman praised the strong and ever-growing Bahraini-Russian relations, wishing Russia more progress and prosperity.

On his part, the Russian Ambassador stressed his country’s keenness to broaden the sphere of cooperation with Bahrain, lauding solid ties binding both countries.
