Gulf Air bestellt bei Airbus und Boeing

Den Auftrag wurde am Donnerstag, den 21. Januar 2016, während der Bahrain International Airshow  angekündigt. Die Fluggesellschaft aus Bahrain wird für rund 4,2 Milliarden US Dollar 16 Boeing 787-9 kaufen und bei Airbus hat sich die Airline für 17 A321neo und 12 A320neo entschieden. Bei dem Kauf von 16 Boeing 787-9 handelt es sich um eine Umwandlung von Boeing 787-8 in Boeing 787-9 Aufträge. Erfolgreiche Sanierung: Gulf Air kauft bei Airbus und Boeing

Bahrains Nationalairline rappelt sich offenbar wieder auf. 2013 startete Gulf Air die große Restrukturierung. Wie schlecht es der Fluggesellschaft ging, zeigt das Ergebnis 2014. Bahrain clinch world championship berth

BAHRAIN qualified for next year’s Handball World Championship in France by reaching the semifinals of the 17th Asian Handball Championship last night. Vizag alloy wheels unit invests $140 million in Bahrain

A city-based entrepreneur Shekhar Movva belonging to Synergies Castings Ltd (SCL) will invest $140 million in a world-class aluminium alloy wheels firm in Bahrain.The SCL will invest the amount in two phases with the majority being held by Synergies. The joint venture with the Sovereign Wealth Fund ‘Mumtalakat,’ an investment arm of Kingdom of Bahrain, was signed in December last.
